Trigify closes to most customers at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. The team joined HubSpot on 23 September, the standalone platform is being retired, and Trigify's own FAQ says accounts will not be migrated across.

If Trigify fed your pipeline, that leaves about two weeks from the date on this page to export what you want to keep and put something else behind the workflows that depend on it.
One thing worth saying before the list. WarmDogo is first on it and it is the tool behind this site, and almost every other Trigify alternatives post ranking today was written by a tool on its own list, including the ones from Gojiberry, Teamfluence, Traxy and HeyReach. The rest of this page is written to be useful whichever one you pick, and reading a few of the others is a good idea.
What are the best Trigify alternatives?
Every tool below tracks signals, meaning it starts from something a person or a company did and resolves that action to a name. That is the job Trigify did. Four of the five read LinkedIn; Satellyte reads further, across X, Threads and a set of company sources.
| Tool | From | Watches | Sends | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WarmDogo | $99 a month | 30 public LinkedIn signals on Hunt | No | The LinkedIn half, no login |
| Teamfluence | €449 a month | Your team's posts, competitors, keywords | Yes | A handled migration |
| Max | €79 a month | 26 signals, mostly company events | No | Funding and hiring triggers |
| Traxy | $149 a month | A watchlist of competitors and influencers | Yes | Named accounts, plus sending |
| Satellyte | $0.02 a credit | Tech stack, hiring, funding, news, engagement | No | Signals from beyond LinkedIn |
1. WarmDogo

WarmDogo watches 30 public LinkedIn signals at once on its Hunt plan and hands back a scored list every morning. They come from nine kinds: engagers on your posts and on a competitor's, people reacting to the wider conversation about a problem, people writing about it themselves, the followers of voices your buyers trust, commenters on a named post, companies hiring the role that owns the problem, reactors to one post you pick, and people who fit your ICP and posted this month.
Against Trigify it is narrower and deeper. Trigify read four networks; this reads one, so anybody who used it mainly for Reddit or X keyword alerts should look at Satellyte below. What it adds on LinkedIn is scoring with the public evidence attached, and a keep or skip queue that reorders the next run.
No LinkedIn account is connected at any point, so nothing of yours carries automation risk while you are mid-migration.
Best for: replacing the LinkedIn half of Trigify, especially for teams whose market is wider than a list of accounts they can name.
Key features
- 30 public LinkedIn signals on Hunt, drawn from nine kinds, run together
- ICP scoring with the public evidence attached to every lead
- A keep or skip review queue that reorders the next run
- CSV export, and an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
Pros
- No LinkedIn login to connect, so no account of yours is exposed
- Priced by signals running, so leads, agents and workspaces are uncapped
- Scoring and evidence come as standard, not as a higher tier
Cons
- Sourcing only, so a sender is still needed alongside it
- LinkedIn only, with no X, Reddit or YouTube coverage
Pricing: Sniff is $99 a month for 10 signals, Hunt is $249 a month for 30. Yearly billing is two months free. 7-day free trial. Card required, cancel any time. How it runs for one rep and across clients is written up separately.
2. Teamfluence

Teamfluence is the one actively courting Trigify customers. A banner across its homepage offers a Trigify to Teamfluence migration service, and its pricing page says it will price-match Trigify customers and migrate them free.
It collects likes, comments, profile visits and other engagement from people interacting with your team and company, then filters, qualifies and routes them. Signals cover your own posts, your team's posts, competitors, influencers, keywords and ads, so the shape is close to what Trigify did on LinkedIn.
Pricing changed on 1 October 2026 to a single plan at €449 a month including 1,000 new leads, unlimited seats and 20,000 credits, with extra leads sold in buckets. Teamfluence says it finds a work email for nine out of ten leads.
Best for: teams who want somebody else to handle the move, and who have enough seats that unlimited ones pay for the step up in price.
Key features
- A published Trigify migration service, with price matching
- Team-wide engagement signals, not just the founder's account
- Unlimited seats on one plan, with the bill driven by leads
- Contact enrichment with email and phone, charged in credits
Pros
- The only tool here with a migration offer aimed at Trigify by name
- Unlimited seats suits a whole sales team on one workspace
- Credit model is published line by line, so the bill is predictable
Cons
- €449 a month is the highest entry price in this list by a wide margin
- Signals are LinkedIn-shaped, so Reddit and X coverage goes missing
- Demo-led, with no self-serve trial published
3. Max

Max watches 26 named signals, scores each person against the ICP, attaches the public evidence that surfaced them, and drops a reviewed queue into Slack, email or a sender. It does not send, so it sits in the same detection-only shape Trigify occupied.
The difference from the LinkedIn tools is the mix. About nine of the 26 are engagement-shaped; the rest are company events, including funding rounds, hiring, tenders, mergers, tech-stack changes and competitor ads. Anybody who used Trigify to catch company moments will find more of them here.
Starter is €79 a month for roughly five leads a day and Pro is €199 for about 25, with agency pricing by demo. It is operated by Sortlist, which also owns Overloop.
Best for: teams whose triggers are funding, hiring and tender events alongside the engagement signals.
Key features
- 26 named signals, each documented on its own page
- ICP scoring with evidence attached to every lead
- An accept or reject queue that tunes the fit over time
- Routes to Overloop, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, Slack, CSV and webhooks
Pros
- Detection-only, so it slots into whatever you already send from
- Priced by the leads delivered each month
- The widest company-event coverage in this list
Cons
- No published customers, reviews or case studies
- Agency pricing is demo-only
- Engagement signals are a minority of the 26
4. Traxy

Traxy watches a watchlist you build from competitors, influencers and investors, reads the engagement on their newest posts, qualifies the people behind it and routes them onward. A banner on the homepage now advertises an Outbound Agent, and the hero reads "Reach out on autopilot", so it sends as well as detects.
Coverage starts and stops with the watchlist. That suits anybody who used Trigify to follow a known set of accounts, and it reaches less far for a market whose buyers post about their problem without following anybody in particular.
Pricing is $149 a month for 5,000 credits, with one credit per lead qualified and more for email or phone. Credits are consumed by profiles scanned, so a quiet week still costs. No LinkedIn connection is required.
Best for: watching a named list of competitors and influencers, and sending from the same place.
Key features
- A watchlist of competitors, influencers and investors
- Eight documented engagement signals, checked hourly
- An Outbound Agent for sending, added since mid-2026
- Routes to HeyReach, Slack, HubSpot, Clay and n8n
Pros
- Detection and sending in one subscription
- No LinkedIn login required
- Published case studies and a 7-day trial
Cons
- Credits burn on profiles that never qualify
- Reach is capped by the accounts you can name
- Marketing claims 30+ signals while the docs document eight
5. Satellyte

Satellyte is the only tool here reading much beyond LinkedIn. It watches tech stack installs and churn, social engagement, hiring, funding, leadership changes and news events, then names the decision maker inside the account that produced the signal.
Sources go wider than the others: LinkedIn, X, Threads, Indeed, Glassdoor, Crunchbase, TechCrunch and Google Maps among them. For somebody who valued Trigify precisely because it read more than one network, this is the closest match in the list.
It detects and routes, pushing to Instantly, HeyReach, Slack or a webhook, so it sits in the same detection-only shape Trigify occupied. Pricing is credit-based at $0.02 a credit on pay as you go, or $349 a month for 25,000 credits, and a credit is only deducted when a verified email, phone or signal comes back. A social engagement costs a quarter of a credit, a hiring or funding check one, and a tech stack change twenty.
Best for: replacing the part of Trigify that looked outside LinkedIn, especially where the trigger is a tech stack change or a funding round.
Key features
- Signals across LinkedIn, X, Threads and company sources
- Tech stack install and churn tracking, which none of the others offer
- Decision-maker identification inside the account that produced the signal
- Routes to Instantly, HeyReach, Slack and webhooks, and installs in Claude Code
Pros
- The widest source coverage here, and the only real multi-network option
- No credit is charged when nothing verified comes back
- No LinkedIn account to connect, and a free start without a card
Cons
- Credit pricing makes the monthly bill harder to predict than a flat plan
- Company events dominate, so pure LinkedIn engagement is thinner than on the first four
- A tech stack check costs twenty times what a social engagement does
What happens to your Trigify data and integrations?
Trigify's FAQ answers this directly, and the answers are worth reading before the end date rather than after it.
Access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 for customers on the standard notice period. Anyone with a different contractual notice gets their own dates and should follow those.
Integrations and API access stop at the same moment, and Trigify says monitoring and signal collection stop then too. Anything downstream goes quiet on that date instead of degrading slowly, so any automation reading from Trigify needs rewiring before then.
Accounts do not move to HubSpot. Trigify's wording is that the platform, customer accounts and service are being retired and will not continue within HubSpot.
Data is not transferred either. Trigify says customer data will not be used by HubSpot as part of the team's move, and will be retained or deleted in line with its contractual, privacy and legal obligations. Export anything you want to keep while the account is still open, and contact hugo@trigify.io with questions about it.
Which alternative matches what you used Trigify for?
Trigify covered LinkedIn, X, Reddit and YouTube, and most replacements cover one of those well. Three questions sort it quickly.
Did you use it mainly for LinkedIn engagement? WarmDogo, Max and Traxy all watch person-level signals there and score them against an ICP. WarmDogo reads the widest set of LinkedIn signals without needing an account named or connected, Max adds company events such as funding and hiring, and Traxy is built around a watchlist you choose.
Did you use it for signals outside LinkedIn? Satellyte is the only one here reading X, Threads and company sources such as Crunchbase and Indeed, and it adds tech stack changes that nothing else in the list tracks.
Did you use it for keyword alerts on Reddit or YouTube? That is social listening. The starting point there is a phrase somebody typed, not an action somebody took, and none of these five do it. Tools built for that job exist and are worth looking at separately; swapping one in here would put a different product category on the same list.
Do you need the sending too? Traxy and Teamfluence send. WarmDogo and Max hand off to whatever you already send from, as Satellyte does, so three of the five pair with a sender while two replace it.
How do you switch before 22 October?
The order matters more than the choice, because the export window closes on a fixed date and the evaluation does not have to.
- Export first, decide later. Pull your leads, signals and any saved searches out of Trigify now. Access ends 22 October and the data is not going anywhere after that.
- List the integrations reading from Trigify. API calls, webhooks and anything in Slack, a CRM or an automation tool will stop on the same date.
- Write down which signals actually produced meetings. Most people find the list is shorter than the one they set up, and it makes the next tool cheaper to configure.
- Run a trial in parallel while Trigify is still live. WarmDogo, Traxy and Satellyte all start without a card, so a week of overlap costs nothing and shows you the same market through two tools at once.
- Rewire the sender last, once leads are arriving somewhere you trust.
Teamfluence publishes a migration service and price match for Trigify customers. Worth a conversation if the move has to happen fast.
